Possible side effects.
In most cases
Viagra is well-tolerated with just a few side effects possible. The following ones are reported most often, although their intensity may depend on a number of factors: memory problems, upset stomach, back pain, stuffy nose, headache, and warmth or redness in your face or chest. Your treatment will needed to be stopped and a doctor will need to be contacted if you get any of the following side effects that are considered to be serious: irregular heartbeat, sudden vision loss, shortness of breath, vision changes, fainting, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, prolonged and painful erection, sweating, nausea, chest pain, and ringing in your ears. Sudden vision loss is a rare but very dangerous
side effect of taking Viagra. Make sure you never take
Viagra without first talking to your health care provider if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, if you are older than 50 or smoke regularly, as these may be the risk factors for developing sudden vision loss. Seek emergency medical help if you think you may be having this condition. Make sure you tell your health care provider if you develop any other side effects that you did not find listed above, as every person’s reaction to this medicine may be quite individual.
